June Marx returns with a self produced album dedicated to the release of the Final Fantasy VII Remake. This project is a raw take
on the Slums of Midgar, the gritty, grimey, seedier side of the main storyline. The album takes place in a sprawling metropolis
full of crime kingpins, prostitutes, mercenaries, mystical beings, strange creatures and corporate overlords. Accompanied by his
brother Optics, who narrates throughout the 5 track project, "Slums of Midgar" aims to merge the worlds of Hip Hop and gaming
culture together seamlessly.
